利用規約 / Terms of Service — Lumina

第1条（適用）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ヤンマーラボ（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Lumina」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（サービス内容）

本アプリは、星座占い・数秘術をベースとしたコンテンツを提供するエンターテインメントアプリです。AI により生成されるコンテンツは娯楽目的であり、専門的な助言を構成するものではありません。

第3条（アカウント）

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり正確な情報を提供するものとします。ユーザーは、自身のアカウント情報の管理について責任を負います。

第4条（課金・サブスクリプション）

本アプリでは、一部の機能について有料のサブスクリプションおよび都度課金が提供されます。支払いは、Apple App Store または Google Play Store を通じて処理されます。サブスクリプションの解約は、各ストアの設定画面から行うことができます。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
リバースエンジニアリング、逆アセンブル等の行為
他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
不正アクセスまたはこれを試みる行為

第6条（知的財産権）

本アプリに関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーには、本アプリを利用するための非独占的かつ譲渡不能なライセンスが付与されます。

第7条（免責事項）

当方は、本アプリの内容の正確性、完全性、有用性について保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は法令上許容される範囲で責任を負いません。本アプリは、AIにより生成されたコンテンツを含みますが、これは娯楽目的であり、医療・法律・財務等の専門的な助言に代わるものではありません。

第8条（サービスの変更・停止）

当方は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を停止もしくは終了することができます。

第9条（規約の変更）

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本アプリまたは本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争については福岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Lumina" ("the App") provided by YANMAR LAB ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The App provides entertainment content based on astrology and numerology. AI-generated content is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Article 3 (User Accounts)

Users must provide accurate information when using the App. Users are responsible for managing their own account information.

Article 4 (Payments and Subscriptions)

The App offers paid subscriptions and per-use purchases for certain features. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions can be cancelled through the respective store's settings.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following:

Actions that violate laws or public order
Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
Reverse engineering, disassembly, or similar actions
Actions that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
Unauthorized access or attempts thereof

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or their rightful owners. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.

Article 7 (Disclaimers)

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the App to the extent permitted by law. The App contains AI-generated content intended for entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Article 8 (Service Changes and Termination)

We may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may modify these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the App or this page.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court as the court of first instance.
